Need diagnosis referral in Northern California

If anyone knows of anyone in Northern California (preferably close as possible to Humboldt) that could do a diagnosis (limited financial resources) could you please reply? Thank you!

I don't know if this will help much, but when I was living in Redding, the Shasta County Mental Health department had me on a waiting list for assessment (I had to move before my name came up, though). Does Humboldt County have a mental health department? If so, that may be something to look into.
