Can you make my life easier, and help me to type 2 fewer characters when I type things like:

I HATE "TEACHERS"! All they see is the money, and believe they DESERVE to be paid! The money is NOT supposed to be "PAY", it is supposed to be COMPENSATION! The idea is to COMPENSATE you for taking the time to TEACH! If you can't teach, WHY should ANYONE have to pay you!?!?
