Something positive to report for once...

I went to help out with a broadcast for a basketball game tonight. When we got done I found myself walking back to the dorms with an attractive female who was also helping out with the game.

One thing led to another and the next thing I knew we were in conversation. I tried my damndest and suceeded in maintaining a reciprocial conversation with out beating one subject to death or making any social gaffes.

I'm so happy, I'm celebrating by having berry sticks from a local campus pizzareia

Berry sticks? (What are these?)

Shouldn't you be stuffing yourself with an entire extra large pizza? I think that deserves an extra large pizza at least.

Berry Sticks are Cinnamon Sticks with a Berry Swirl (can't remember if it's strawberry or raspberry)on top, if my memory serves me correctly. Excellent food for leftovers for breakfast.

No. This was spontaneous thing. I was leaving the TV center the same time she was. But it felt really awkward though.



Yes, berry sticks are a breadsticks covered in cinnamon, glaze, and something along the lines of rasberry filling spread on top. Something to enjoy only once in a great while since I can't begin to imagine how bad these are for your cardiovascualr health.

The semester has gotten off to a rather suprisingly good start for me. I hope the good luck holds out though since I have a rather hefty class/studio work schedule shaping up for me. When I first arrived in oshkosh it was only two months after I found out I had aspergers and I was not expecting to gain much in the way of social acceptance from others. Now I seem to be gaining a bit of social life as I've fallen in favor with the other techno geeks in my degree program.

My cinema techniques professor has a 13 year son who from what I've heard also has aspergers. I haven't held back my aspie tendancies in class. Don't know if he's noticed, but he's got the best personality of all the professors I've had on campus.
