The song is "First Light" from Ambient Music 2, The Plateaux Of Mirror by Brian Eno and Harold Budd. Eno is probably my favorite musician...I love Budds work too.

Heh, I know all about Niagara Falls because I live in the Buffalo suburbs.

As far as trying new foods, I was always good about it. There's a few things I don't like, but I am used to a wide diversity. When I was ~10 I was in Toronto to see a museum exhibit with my mother, and we were eating dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was a fairly fancy place, and there were evidently some snobbish people around. Did I order something from the kids menu? No, I ordered spinach soup with quail out of my own free will. And ate it all. So it is certainly possible to keep an open mind about food, even as a kid.
