Occupational therapy as adult?

Was curious here if anyone had occupational therapy as an adult for sensory integration issues. What did you do? Was it helpful?

i havent but im currenly on a waiting like for a top rate OT in my area (unfortunately i ve been on this waiting list for more than a year so iasume because of my age im considerend not as ttop priority (im 20)

I had six months of it in my late 30's. It was very helpful. I recommend it.

I've just started OT... I go to the clinic for feeding therapy, but they're working on sensory integration and how I move, too. It's pretty cool, how they do it. It's helfpul, but it's hard work for me.
