I'm very verbal and see the relationships between things.

There is another learning style paradigm that I find more helpful. If you google Intelligences or 9 Intelligences you'll find it.

This is me. I'm very visual and I enjoy working alone (though I do not completely dislike working with others). I'm suprised with my verbal intelligence (especially compared with my aural intelligence). I'm not very good with....talking....good. I'm also VERY suprised by my social intelligence compared with my kinesthetic intelligence.

At a first guess, I went for physical / kinaesthetic

From the test, though, I got:

Visual 10

Social 4

Physical 11

Aural 12

Verbal 12

Solitary 17

Logical 14

I think it's interesting that I scored high for both social and solitary. This is accurate. People are important to me and I enjoy them, but I also need time alone to work things out.

I've always heard this about autistics too. I am an ADHDer and am spatially EFFED, I find this is true for many other ADHDers as well, but it seems like many Aspies have spatial difficulties.

To the OP--please bear in mind that I have no diagnosis other than ADHD, and should I end up with another one, I suspect it would be PDD-NOS, and not AS.

Visual--9

Social--6

Physical--7

Aural--18

Verbal--17

Solitary--18

Logical--8

The verbal score did not surprise me; I was taught to read VERY early to overcome language difficulties, and I cannot frame a thought without the written word. I didn't realize I was THAT strong an auditory learner, though. As for "solitary"--well, DUH! ;)

Kinesthetic hands down. I learn through doing. I just can't keep it in my head from reading or hearing.

Solitary

Wow, so mostly aural. That is interesting. I actually feel I learn best if I can have visual aids and some sort of physical expression. I cannot understand computer programs AT ALL unless I spend a few hours tinkering on them.

I got a higher score for Aural only because I'm very musically inclined. Other than that, I can't even remember 5 things if someone tells me them.
