Sounds like fun, I'd like to meet other people on the spectrum and compare experiences. Now if only I had the money.

I did something very bad to this man, that was absolutely NOT on purpose. It had everything to do with my fogetfulness and difficulty figuring out what to do with lack of clear instruction. I've tried to apologize properly, but the words never came out of my mouth. I hope he understands, and I hope he is not resentful towards me.

If he happens to read this, I truly do apologize for what I have done. It was a big mistake on my part.

It's been around a long time, doing quite well on it's own, before and hopefully in spite of me, my presence at Autreat2010, and my rantings online, and hopefully it continues as originally done, by the same people doing it, if at all possible, and if they wish...":

Two additional blog entries from Jerry:
"I learn experientially, so after attending Autreat and experiencing sickness on the Vegan food meal plan, stressed out on adjusting to the culture, maybe I'd change some things, for it to grow, operate more smoothly, etc...":

I've been thinking about it today and thought it would be later and I could win some money to afford it :) Too late :(
Anyway... It would be cool to arrange some meetings of WP-ers in various parts of the World someday. I'd be interested in Europe :) Somebody else too?

If you are in Europe than you may want to go to Autscape, in England:
http://www.autscape.org/
(this year is fully booked, but you can plan for next year).

A recent article by one member of the autistic community isn't entirely about Autreat, but Autreat is the best example he could come up with for how conference organizers could improve:
"Autism conferences: who do they really help, and how autistic-friendly are they? ":

Jack Robison? Is he the son of John Elder Robison, author of "Look Me in the Eye: My Life with Asperger's"?
