We do have logistical problems.

1. How many people would be allowed in?
2. How would we get the funding to pay for this?
3. How would we pay for all of this stuff like ipads etc.
4. How would we pay for utilities?

These questions are the tip of the ice berg or would we be somehow self-sufficient? Instead of a building can we create a village?

Of course, a library! A real, physical library with physical books, wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling. With window seats and club chairs and tables to spread all our stuff. And ladders to reach the high-up books, or maybe some unique invention sorta like a cherry-picker.

What do you all think about world domination? Can we make our mansion look old and victorian or at least Japanese modern I can't stand pre-fab?

I build my mansions in second life, they are in the clouds and I get to play my music streams, if someone intrudes I can eject them from my land, or use my attack kitty orbiter on them so they never bother me again, I wish my rl life was like this

That sounds fantastic.
I would like multitudes of bookshelves in my room to store multitudes of pharmacology, medicine and chemistry textbooks =]
Sound proofed walls sounds fantastic =] I live 2 minutes away from a hospital so I have to suffer sirens here.

I'm on 2nd Life too. Should we build a WrongPlanet place? We'd need somebody with lots of how-to.

We use to have a Wrong Planet there, my friend kittenmeow built it back in 2008, but we couldn't generate enough interest at the forum, I did make some very good friends there, I think AFF still has a group running in SL. I love building houses in sl I even made a Jetsons house, but its to big for my land

I LOVE Second Life. Any WP get togethers there?

There are a few singers I hang out with in SL. I'm AngelRho Deerhunter if you care to look me up sometime. I'm not around as much as I used to be, but I can take time out every now and then for it if I already know where some cool people are going to be.

Mmm, sounds just like where I work in real life - except for the cherry-picker...

I have a beach lot, we could set up a gathering at my place on the weekend, I really wish kittenmeow was around
these days, she set up some great events, she liked to have impromptu jamm sessions, with her guitar I am

Coooooool. I'm a keyboard player who, every now and then, rears his ugly head to exert influence on SL singers and songwriters.
:D

I need to start being a lot more proactive in my work though, and the first step will probably be to stop wasting so much time in WP forums!! !
