Wii Fit...is a video game developed by Nintendo for the Wii console.[5] It is an exercise game consisting of activities using the Wii Balance Board peripheral. Wii Fit is currently the third best selling console game in history (among games not packaged with a console) with 22.61 million copies sold as of May 2010.

All that I know is that there's a picture of Jenny McCarthy, on the box. That waif worms her way, into everything.

Using the Balance Board has helped my son's sense of motor control, he seems less clumsy these days.

All I know is that when I played Wii Sports, I was so bad at it that it said I was as old as my Mom! :) I guess I'm still in the 2-D video game era.

hmm, Im 22 and my wii fit age is 16-17, it varies tween the two. When I first started though, it was is the lower 30s, because of my sense of posture issues. (I blame my posture issues on the fact that I am freakishly tall. And I have read in a science journal a few years back about how being really tall can cause quite a few problems when it comes to posture among many other things, simply because everything is designed for everyone or average height or lower.) Regular balance and stuff I have always done good with, I have done VERY dangerous stuff like balancing on bridge rails out of boredom already, and said bridge is over a 250 foot drop.
