Did you / Do you have "Meltdowns" or "Shutdowns" as an Aspie?
I mostly had "Shutdowns" 48%  48%  [ 51 ]
I mostly had "Meltdowns" 19%  19%  [ 20 ]
I had both 34%  34%  [ 36 ]

I'd rather be totally neglected than ever go back to an institution. I'm just fine where I am.

I'm surprised to read that people with AS have meltdowns/shutdowns so commonly as I've never had this problem. :?

Yeah, I get both of them. Can they lock you up if you have too many meltdowns?
