I will rank them, 1 being the most severe, 5 being the least severe but out of top 5 severest

1/ Anxiety, anger and depression issues
2/ Frequent outbursts
3/ Sensory issues with hearing
4/ Obsessions
5/ Need to have routine

I don't have many social issues as such, I'm just very, very shy, but the social issues I have got all come under anxiety.

This is quite hard to do, because of how interrelated they actually are, but attempting to split it out:
1. Sensory issues (primarily hypersensitive leading to sensory overload, but also everything else here) I have severe sensory issues and my therapist keeps commending me for leaving my apartment because of them.
2. Inability to identify emotions in myself or others
3. Fear of hurting/burdening people because of not knowing the "proper" thing to do.
4. Need for predictability, including an inability to vary directions from those I am given
5. Being overly pedantic

Sensory issues are absolutely worst. People keep not believing how much I deal with sensory overload constantly or the other aspects of my sensory issues. I'd list meltdown, but they're primarily caused by a combination of my sensory issues and my inability to identify emotions. I'd list stress tolerance, but the constant sensory overload drastically reduces my ability to deal with stress.

Or the Tuttle's senses are crazy version:
1. Migraines from simply going out into public
2. Constant sensory overload
3. Meltdowns (see 2)
4. Inability to do self care things because of them being sensory unfriendly.
5. Lack of Stress Tolerance (see 2 and 3)

Social skills and sensory overload. I am smart enough to play to my strengths,I have always felt uncomfortable in group situations so I avoid them when I can.I am sure it makes me appear antisocial at times but I really don't care.

Well actually, universally there are three categories of traits that all Aspies have, no matter what (as in, if you don't fit even one, you're not on the spectrum). It's called The Triad, and you can see it illustrated here.

But, as for me personally? In no particular order:
• Inability to function in large groups or pick up social queues.
• Violent anxiety attacks/melt-downs.
• Hypersensitivity in all senses, including skin.
• Affinity for language and great with art.
• Obsessive and possessive.
