The only sign of Asperger's I can see is that you failed to notice that this guy isn't your friend. Unfriend him, cut ties with him. He's managed to simultaneously insult not just you but Aspies.

I used to have self-esteem approximately equal to yours. My best guess is you're wrong about precisely how pathetic you are. Revise your estimate a little so you're slightly kinder on yourself.

I see a lot of AS traits in your post. Also, ditch that friend unless he really apologises and admits that he was so horrible.

I let my friends call me nerd or emo but once they start insulting me like that and making up sh** about my death I'd break all ties from them.
I guess I have thin skin too.

I hope the psychiatrist visit works out for you.

I left out a lot of things that are actually positive about myself

I can act socially normal in a lot of situations
I have a close group of friends in college, and also had a close group of friends in high school, we were considered popular.
I don't engage myself in any anti-social behaviors (such as gaming or anime)
I have had 3 successful relationships with girls
I also frequent the party scene, and have a generally healthy social reputation

I guess I was just really down when I wrote it. The guy that wrote the story is somewhat of a sh** bag, and not really liked amongst our freinds. I guess that, and the fact that I have low self esteem made me embellish some of the traits that I have. The guy is also diagnosed as a psychophant, so I guess I have some dirt on him, so i'm going to make a similar story and play it off as a joke to avoid any notion that I might be mentally ill. Thanks for all your help... also, Stuart N... thanks for the heads up man

Is petty revenge something people with Asperger's are often motivated by?

Seriously, though, dude, it sounds like going to a therapist could be really good for you. And even though I'm sure seeing the Facebook post upset you, now you'll have a much better idea of who exactly your friends are.
