That's utterly ridiculous. Thanks for sharing. I'll hand it over to the boss. What's most ridiculous is the seeming conflict between the caretakers and residents, nearly anywhere, it seems. What the hell? :roll: *Edit* Unions for the lose, in this case. Rapists should not be allowed to work in the industry where they are RAPING people.

That conflict exists for the same reason the Stanford Prison Experiment worked how it did among too many other reasons to get into.

I assume when a staff member murders a resident then they actually get fired instead of transferred? 8O
