I am sick of it. In the winter I get winter blues then in April I have a lift and am happy. But then at end of April I get hay fever and feel like crap. On top of all I have AS.

I have been coughing, sneezing, felt drowsy and angry for the past 3 weeks. I don't begrudge the plants from reproducing, I just wish they could be a bit more discreet about it.

I used to have hay fever when I was a child. It was really bad; I had to take Zyrtec for it everyday. Then it somehow went away as I got older. Now it isn't a problem for me at all. Maybe yours will go away in time too.

I've suffered from allergies as long as I can remember. As a kid they were so bad, I had to take shots every week. I haven't had to have shots to cope for years now, but spring is still bad for me. I limit my dairy intake (milk is really bad), & try to avoid plants that drive me & my sinuses crazy. Eating locally produced honey can also help since one is ingesting local pollens gathered by bees. It's helped me some too.

I have somewhat chronic allergies. Not horrible, but seemingly constant. Each season just brings another type of suffering.
