If you want to feel joy in life, and find a knowledge of spirituality then there's a few tips I can give you. Appreciate beauty, love, and grace. Become a vegan - and remove chemicals & processed foods from your diet. Also remove mood-changing foods like coffee & sugar (especially fructose which contains mercury). One of the best meditations to start from is simply "OM", it is a very powerful word the sound of all creation. Deepening your understanding of the Kundalini is a beautiful experience, and will unlock magic to you.

I owe a lot to Hip-Hop Culture, especially KRS-one & the temple of Hip-Hop which led me to realize many truths - like the fact that I am a spiritual being. This fulfilment has brought me much happiness and peace of mind.

My way of viewing the world is much more mystical, yet seems very real and practical.

After much meditation I have realized the incredible power of repetition and have begun many small steps towards enlightenment - and this has deepened my understanding of the human potential.

I'm stoked for the future, I feel the energy building & artists intentions being actualized - these good works will continue to come together as we see many well refined teachers and collective revolutionary's awaken to these unlocked messages.

KRS-one said history has a way of perfecting itself.

I used to be a Mormon, and it would be easy to say I felt like I was being used by the cult. I'd rather openly and joyfully recognize blessings hidden within these difficulties.

For example, Mormonism kept me upright most of my life - and now I have the opportunity to save myself for somebody special. Recognizing characteristics in certain astrological zodiacs is very helpful in finding similar interests that will result in a harmonious relationship.

KRS-one said there's a theory that what you don't know is teaching you just as much as what you know.

I have found this understanding particularly useful, and I stopped reading from certain manipulative horoscopes because of it! I also rarely watch the news. Sometimes they make you think you are being smart, when your really creating barriers or falling into a trap.

I have also feel a bit like Chiron the wounded healer, who in search for his own cure learned how to heal others. I am searching how to heal myself naturally from the difficulties associated with a behavioural disorder called Aspergers (a form of autism). I learned that most of the difficulties come from losing your identity within the label, & believing it's genetic and unchangeable.

People with aspergers basically are more prone to holding onto mercury, which is contaminated in small amounts from many sources in our society. This causes a myriad of problems, for example... sulphites help the mercury cross the blood brain barrier. As a child I was addicted to balsamic vinegar, which I recently realized contains sulphites. Yesterday I tried some vinegar and I could feel almost like my brain was moving around in my head, and a pain in my heart. This takes diet to a whole other level, because even cauliflower releases sulphites when cooked.

In my opinion aspergers can be more stressful and debilitating to a level anyone really understands - including most of those who were diagnosed.

I'm not going to be disappointed if you don't believe me that it's "that bad" because I'm not looking for sympathy but I would like people to stop polluting our environment because what can be a small thing to you, can be life changing for us.

EDIT: I'm not going to respond to anyone who is trying to post scientific studies to debunk my beliefs or meditations. If you present yourself in an open-minded way then I might take the opportunity to respond. I believe in metaphysical ideas which oppose naturalism - which is the belief that everything is explainable by science.

I'm hoping that "open-minded" is not just code for "agree with me".

The hostility toward science in this world is getting hilarious.

Well, he's got a point... science can't really debunk meditation. Apples and oranges there. Science and faith don't mix.

I think science is just holding a grudge against all that suppression thanks to the Catholic Church. It wants its pound of esoteric flesh. Death to all things unknowable.

It's super easy once you get going, eventually it becomes a habit. Eat to live rather than live to eat xD. And your attitude is a huge factor on what you eat, so appreciate your vegetables - they are going to give you great energy! Foods are moods. Trying to post as much helpful advice as possible - not trying to change you :).

MONDAY, Jan. 26 (HealthDay News) -- Almost half of tested samples of commercial high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) contained mercury, which was also found in nearly a third of 55 popular brand-name food and beverage products where HFCS is the first- or second-highest labeled ingredient, according to two new U.S. studies.

HFCS has replaced sugar as the sweetener in many beverages and foods such as breads, cereals, breakfast bars, lunch meats, yogurts, soups and condiments. On average, Americans consume about 12 teaspoons per day of HFCS, but teens and other high consumers can take in 80 percent more HFCS than average.

Also another tip is don't break those halogen bulbs because they contain mercury, & don't eat fish with high ammounts of mercury like tuna. Cilantro is supposedly great for flushing your system of metals, and there are other methods of "chelation" as well.

It pisses me off that the oceans are so utterly contaminated and there are rivers and lakes that are heavily polluted to the point of being unsafe to use.

I think it's just stupid to think of "healing" from AS. I'm perfectly healthy, thank you very much. I'm just shaped differently. AS isn't a disease and there's no damage involved. It's atypical development.

If you want to talk about treating AS, or teaching people with AS, or creating an AS-friendly environment, I'd be on the same page, because those make sense. But "healing"? Basic medicine FAIL.
