Yesterday I went to the supermarket and I had a panic attack, I don´t know if it was that. I felt that someone was chocking me.I couldn´t breath, my mother was there but she didn´t noticed that. This situation happen to me when I am at school.Always , when I get in to school I feel that but I also feel nausea and I have headaches.Sometimes I threw up.So, I always avoid going to places that are crowded.I am worry because It´s very stressful this situation and I am also worry because I am very young and I can´t live all my life inside of my house. What do you think? Can you give an advice?I meditate but it´s worst, I feel the noises louder.

I think you need to talk to a doctor or therapist. I do have panic attacks, but they aren't like that, and not triggered by "overload" environments -- however, I don't have any serious sensory issues, other than being less able than others to filter the voice I want to hear out of a noisy environment as well as others do, and NTs have enough problems with that themselves that they fully understand.
