i am on the spectrum so i do have odd manerisms myself

how might his behaviour at 0:37 too 1:05 be considered ecentric by NT's when he was asked about his girlfriends birthday card? How would an NT behave in that situation?

I have no idea how an NT would act and his voice sounded like a robot.
