I eat totally boring. I have a very small menu, burritos, costco kosher dogs and polish sausage, frozen pizza, ravioli (canned), spaghetti, deli sandwiches. Cooking for one seems so wasteful, half the ingredients you buy for anything you have to buy in quantities that I can't possibly use before they go bad.
By eating single serving ready made there is little waste, little hassle, and virtually no dishes. On the other hand, in terms of healthy diet, it's not the best.
Anyone loose track of eating, forget to eat? I forgot to eat yesterday, I woke up with a huge headache today.
