Oops, I think I clicked the wrong thing because the poll isn't set up the way the statistics are given on the website. Anyway, my name is found in 0.0005% of the population of the US. That is 1250 people. But I don't live in the US, so I am not one of those people. :P

Not even going to attempt the math to answer the poll.

My mother's maiden name:

0.045% of last names in the US.
Around 112500 people have ___________ as a last name!

My Dad's name:
is the #4382 most common last name
0.003% of last names in the US.
Around 7500 people have ___________ as a last name!

Apparently my last name is very rare I didn't even get a statistic which makes sense because my last name is in Italian.

My and Dad's last name:
NAME is the #11509 most common last name
0.001% of last names in the US are NAME.
Around 2500 people have NAME as a last name!

Mom's maiden name:
NAME is a very rare last name
Very few last names in the US are NAME
Be proud of your unique last name!

The original version of my last name before becoming Americanized:
NAME is a very rare last name
Very few last names in the US are NAME
Be proud of your unique last name!

Haha, I'm not surprised at all about Mom's maiden name. I'm not saying what it is, but it's weird lol! No one can ever get it right. Anyway, I'm going with my Americanized last name for the poll. And for the record, it still doesn't sound American either LOL

The website only has around 88,000 names on it.

This website is from the 2000 Census and has over 150,000 names, it you want to check it out of curiosity.

it said my father's last name was 0.011 percent common
it said my mother's last name was very rare and to be proud of my unique last name, but no statistic given.

My grandfather on my mom's side is a golf coach for 9th graders and they cant pronouce his last name, so they just call him Mr. Man.
He is of recent Irish decent...our family actually comes from an island off of southern Ireland.

My father's name is common is Pensivania and they are german or locally called "pensivania dutch"
