I've learned that some tips to help with multitasking. 1) separate the different components of a multitasking task and get more familiar with each part separately. 2) timeshare: do one part of the task for a period of time and do the other. 3) use visual aids 4) do similar tasks together 5) get good rest 6) eat healthy 7) take natural vitamins that help with concentration 8.) do short term memory excersizes and 9) don't doubt your self- believing your bad at multitasking will make you worse at it. I hope this is helpful. Do you have any other tips?
