skip the red meat -- I'm spiking my tea with Acetyl L-Carnitine. It does seem to help with my energy levels

If you have the money the more the merrier.

Take at least 3 500mg divided doses/daily with food. That's 1500 a day. It boosts cognition across the board - young and healthy - to the infirmed.

You won't be disappointed.

Up to 3grams/daily, btw.

You will have my undivided attention.
