I'm getting specialized tinted lenses where the tint matches my visual issues specifically. (Rather than "I want blue" it is "this exact tint helps best of everything we tested (8-12 hours of testing)"

I always wear sunglasses if I leave the house during the day and have them with me at night if there are lights around that are too bright, like car lights from the traffic driving in the opposite direction I am driving or being driven in.
