I wouldn't go even if I could.

Why? To answer that, I'd have to get into a conversation that no-one wants me to get into because they honestly don't like my reasons. So out of respect for other people (which is more than I usually get) I will simply leave it at my original statement.

Does anyone have any "advance copy" of what some of the proposals were? Inquiring minds want to know!

Unfortunately the distance makes it cost prohibitive. I'd suggest webcasting everything and offering a pay per view service online.

No, I'm not going because it's not being held in my country. If it ever does I would probably go.

My understanding is that Autreat has a (justified) hightened awareness of privacy, and probably would rule out webcasts on that basis.

Your country is the Netherlands.
People from the Netherlands attend Autscape every summer.
Even the chairman of the Autscape board lives in the Netherlands.
Getting from the Netherlands to England is very easy. You may even catch a lift with a few aspie Dutchmen who drive from the Netherlands to Autscape (crossing the channel on a ferry).

Since I am a member of Autscpae's formal programme sub-committee, I do have a list of this year's proposals. It is confidential, though, so I can't share it. I can tell you most of the proposals were very good, though.

I suspect you are more interested in Autreat's proposals, though, which I don't have access to. I can only guess the proposals were similar to previous years' ones. For an exhaustive list of past Autreat presentations (1996 - 2012), look here:
http://www.autreat.com/past-workshops.htm

Registration to both Autscape and Autreat should open within the next few weeks. When that happens, the subjects of this year's presentations will be published.

Where are these aspie Dutchmen? Do they have their own dutch forum somewhere?

Some aspie Dutchmen are at "Personen uit het Autisme Spectrum (PAS)":
http://www.pasnederland.nl
Others are at the Autscape Chat mailing list:

Autscape's Dutch chairman is here:

You are correct, I should have specified (not that I have any objection to knowing Autscape's presentations).

I'm looking forward to seeing how good/lousy Vulcan* food is. If it's not good, well, Subway is 3 blocks away or so.

See how this woman raised enough money to get from Oregon to Autreat:
https://fundrazr.com/campaigns/aWI3c

It only took one weekend to raise enough money!
It shows how generous Autistics are!

Right.

Unrelated -
The campus where Autreat takes place is on the bank of the Monongahela River. I wonder if you could swim in it?

It's probably cleaner than the Kishon......
I hope it is cleaner ...
