Does anyone else have extremely tense muscles no matter what they do?

What about that on half their body?

(Yes, I know this is general autism, I'm actually wondering if this is associated with my autism because when I got tense muscles, weaker muscles, and worse autism symptoms all occurred around the same time)

I've had issues with that as long as I can remember, not sure if its an autism thing though......maybe. Either that or it was the anxiety and depression that started pretty early on as well. I also have PTSD(or something that appears to be PTSD) so the tense muscle issue has gotten much worse. So yeah not entirely sure how it ties into autism.

I have that too. Don't know if it's for the same reason you experience it. For me it's because I have hypermobility syndrome so my muscles do the work the rest of the body can't to keep my joints (and everything else) stable. (Hypermobile or not) You can also get very very very supertense muscles if you have joints that are damaged in any way - the body does that "to keep them safe" as it senses something is wrong.
Hypermobility can be an autism thing.
