Anyone ever experice these or heard about them?

Do you mean "seizure"?

I have had a seizure before its nothing like a meltdown

an absence seizure is kind of like a shutdown though

Its just like I used to suffer from these . . . fits? I don't think they where epilepsy related because I did not loose consciousness? But My body would tense (especially when very very upset or stimulated for example) I would shake uncontrollably, fists balled, eyes rolled to the back of my head. And I just CAN"T stop. Not until someome moves me and shakes and rubs me. Not as much now as I used to, especially with reduced stress levels. I was wondering if this was ASD related somehow.

that isnt epilepsy/seizures but it sounds like non epileptic attacks/conversion disorder, it is very common, its when stress/worry/anxiety ends up being expressed through physical or neurological symptoms.
