Self-explanatory.
------
I am on Risperdal (to help keep my mind at ease and help me sleep easier) and now a generic form of Wellbutrin (anti-depressant).

Risperdal (For aspie meltdowns), Abilify (For aspie meltdowns and bipolar mania), lexapro (For bipolar depression), lamictal (Bipolar mood stabilizing and antidepressant), and topamax (To stop the weight gain side effect of my Abilify and Risperdal),

So a lot lol.

None. I personally do not believe in taking meds, this is personal choice. I think mostly because they have never helped me, only made me worse or a zombie. I support those that take them and if they work for you, I say GREAT!

Effexor XR for depression and OCD
Elavil for... uh, this med was originally prescribed to me in order to help combat the amount of nightmares I would have on just about every anti-depressant med I had taken to that point. I may speak with pdoc about possibly weaning off of this med in future. It does make me drowsy, so is helpful to keep a regular sleep schedule but I'm not sure if it's still completely necessary. Will see what pdoc says about the idea.

I will also say that Effexor is not the most effective med for me. Cymbalta was. Unfortunately Cymbalta is still on patent and I cannot afford it. On the plus side, Effexor is definitely the second best right behind Cymbalta.

edit- also ativan on PRN basis for anxiety. I very rarely take it. That med frightens me. It feels way too nice. I fear addiction.

I'm real leary of psych drugs and don't take any.
Here's some books about why:
Anatomy of an Epidemic by Robert Whitaker
The Emperor’s New Drugs by Irving Kirsch
Myth of the Chemical Cure by Joanna Moncrieff
Your Drug May Be Your Problem by Peter Broggin
Rethinking Psychiatric Drugs: A Guide for Informed Consent by Grace E. Jackson

I'm usually med-free, but at the moment I'm on a few.

multivitamin (dietary supplement)
some med for skin infection (I don't know how I got it because I'm very hygienic.)
some med for shoulder inflammation (I twisted my shoulder.)

None anymore. I used to take a combination of Paxil and Risperdal as daily stabilizers and Ativan as a PRN for meltdowns. The Paxil and the Risperdal had side effects I hated and I'd never go back on them, but I admit sometimes I miss the Ativan.

Celexa for its anti-anxiety/anti-depressive properties. I love it. Also Tricyclen: a birth control pill that is great for my acne-prone skin.

My diagnoses - anxiety disorder, depression and traits of obsessive-compulsive disorder (all in remission).

I’m no longer involved with the ASD world.
