Colour blindness?

de-saturated cyan(leaning just a touch to blue) & black.
and a tan specular region on the sole of the shoe.

(OK, I cheated, I used photoshop to analyze the color)
But before I opened photoshop, I picked up on the blueness. Color analysis revealed it was more of a slight cyan.
