Boy, have you got that right. It's pretty simple to debate well. The rules of a simple and productive discussion are these. (This is by no means an exhaustive list.) Be careful about what claims you make. Remember that the claims you make are what is at issue, not what I should know you "really meant". Remember the claims your interlocutors make and don't assume anything beyond those claims except that which is necessary for their arguments (i.e., don't straw man). Don't insult people instead of criticizing their view (i.e., no ad hominems).

I don't really get bored easily at all. I would gladly trade my constant worrying for boredom any day.

pop music/singers e.g. Rihanna, one direction, Justin bieber, rap music. all boring and also rubbish.

football: really don't understand why people watch it or play it.

macaroni cheese: has no flavour and texture is nasty

clothes/food shopping: can't handle it for long

doing nothing/ not work to get done: erm having nothing to do, no structure bores me to tears

animated films: used to like them but most are now boring

talking: socially there not many conversations are interesting, although I still enjoy being with people I like they just bore me sometimes unless I am leading the conversation. particularly talking about peoples latest crushes makes me want to jump out of a window, the worst part is I don't recognise faces so my friends have to point out people to me they like every time because I just forget hah.

I choose the actor. I observe NT's. I listen to their socializing. I practice it, so in social situations I can just emulate/mimic what is expected.
It isn't natural for me, but it enables me to "fit in".
It is VERY tiring and draining, but at least we can appear like them even though it is an act. Like being on the stage.
They can't see it is emulation, and so we are accepted.

Browsing around clothes shops (unless I'm looking for something in particular for myself or someone else)
Charity shops (volunteering in one is OK. Also I don't mind just looking in one at the DVDs, but not at the clothes)
Cars and motorbikes
Birds
People's shenanigans what happens to them when out drinking at a bar
People explaining things in too much detail (unless the topic is exceptionally interesting)
Gossip about people I don't know (I love gossip about about that I do know)
Most celebrities on the TV
Older people talking about 40-50 years ago when I wasn't even alive (sometimes it can be interesting though, depending on what it is)
People talking about money-related things (this is OK in small doses, but when people go all into their financial life, I have no idea what they're talking about)
TV Soaps when the characters are just sitting in a circle taking in turns to murmur something around the circle, usually the plot is about who's the father of someone's baby
People talking about their pet gerbil or hamster (I suppose they get attached to their own pets)
Women boasting about some man interested in them or what they did with the man and why they dumped them
Really extroverted confident people what take up all the attention, listening to them talk about themselves, usually related to some sort of drinking in some sort of bar
Most modern songs
People talking about things like their gas boiler
Posts with too many difficult words and too much detail, and not getting to the point they're trying to make because of too many long words you never heard of
The internet randomly disconnecting itself (makes it feel like there is nothing else to do with my life)

Can't think of anything else at the moment.

School
Most people I know
Girl who are always complaining about how ugly and unsexy and still have a lot of guys around them
Silly teens who are always whining about they are going to kill themselves (for stupid reasons) just to get attention
People who are always talking about how f*cked up is their life and still have never experienced war, real hunger, real poverty, abuse, etc.
Going to shops

Maybe others but now these are all I can think about.
