I don't like "staged" shots. I prefer candid shots. I don't like getting my picture taken when I'm expected to look right at the camera and smile.

I consider myself an amateur photographer. I can't stand it when I'm taking pictures with a group of people and as soon as you point a camera at them, they stop what they're doing and turn to look directly into the camera!

I think pictures of people doing whatever they're doing is much more interesting than people who pose specifically for a picture.

Here's a picture of me that I like, and I didn't even realize my friend took it!

I would never post a picture of myself online. To be honest, my avatar is of me morphed with 16 year old Zac Efron and the guy from Malcolm I'm the Middle.

Not really. A big problem is that I cannot fake a smile to save my life. In almost all of my photos I'm not smiling unless I explicitly have to, and when I do I look like I walked right out of a Stephen King novel.

Yes I'm photogenic. But I practiced how to pose my face for years. Now it comes very easily to me.

I took a modeling class when I was 14 and the model/teacher taught us how to "brighten our eyes". It's the same movement I'd do to move my ears/scalp back. It really makes a difference in photos. I saw some photos taken of me a month ago --- I forgot to "brighten my eyes". It totally made a difference.

I'm photogenic and I have been told so too. I look MUCH better in pictures, I think, than IRL.

Nope......half the time I've got a facial expression that looks like I'm mentally challenged, and I feel like I look more overweight in photos than I actually am.

Sad this world is based around physical beauty and your looks determines how people treat you. Its an evolutionary thing...Not quite fair. Evolution pushes to rid of people with un-even facial and body proportions.

When someone says I'm a good looking guy I think "Well, I'm lucky I guess?" Then I feel bad and think "Why do I deserve to be good looking and the other guy ugly?"
