Who here finds self-loathing rewarding?

I do. I love to just lie in bed and brood and ruminate and loathe myself. It is rewarding in a way.

Hmmm, no, not like that.

I do have moments where I happily wallow in self-pity but I would call them constructive rather than rewarding.

I don't know about self loathing but i often feel self pity and then i start to dislike myself because of it as by now i should have accepted who i am, what my weaknesses and failings are and why they are. Sometimes emotion overtakes logic though.
