Why are YOU here?

It's mainly a way of socializing, for me.

Also, reading the topics tends to trigger me into answering, whether through obligation or sheer habit I have no idea.

I came here shortly after I was diagnosed because my nana found this website and told me about it.
Why I stay here, is because there are some interesting topics to talk about. Also, I have met some good people here.

I don't know.

To see that they're people just like me out there. To see what we have in common and to find out about myself more.

I'm an agent for MI5. I monitor this Website for anyone threatening the Queen.

I first came here to meet people that understand me, and I have. Now I 'm here to talk to them.

The scenery always changes, and I get to blow things up - Armageddon...

Because I like both real life friends, and Internet friends. I can also speak my mind here, without being frowned upon.

Cause I'm one of a few things. Bored was the reason I came back. I had just gotten a new laptop after a few months of having no computer, and was getting bored of my usual haunts. So now I'm here cause I'm either bored, lonely, and/or drunk.

I seem to belong in here !

It's possibly the only forum where nearly every post / thread interests me .

Also many of the replies could have been written by ME as alot of us WRITE/ construct sentences in similar ways.

Thats why I'm here.

I put it off for the longest time after seeing it mentioned in the Wikipedia article for Asperger's or something similar to that. Mostly because i thought it'd be overflowing with children. Thank goodness I was wrong.

I'm here to be a part of a union with autistics, people who are diagnosed with the same disability as me, where the people I meet are just like myself. Also I come here to critically argue cases and to be heard!

I joined last year, but was also a member of a different fourm called gamingforce.org, I was a member of that since it started in 2001, so I was well known there.

I quit that fourm because there are few members that are on it that do nothing that troll and over-read some of what other members including myself say, and accuse them of things that posts do not mean. These people where there for a while, I don't know why they are not banned, people seem to fear them I guess, I don't know why that behavior is allow there.

I felt kinda bad leaving because I have been there for so long and had a ton of fun, and firends, but it began to fall apart in the past year. The trollers there probably do not know about my AS (I have mentioned it there before) So they don't know that I cannot see what they see in my posts.

I am here now a loving it even more then gamingforce.org.

I joined after struggling with my AS. It was the first part of my acknowledgement of myself as a person on the spectrum.

I would drop by now and then but it became special after I met with a few people from here last year.

It is one of the few places I can go where my aspieness is understood.

I like the serious discussions and the fun games

I am here as I am comfortable allowing my AS self to shine thru in this environment.

I am very good at faking it in NT land and don't feel I have to do so here.
