Hi,

Does anybody have any advice/tips on managing those strange headaches that come about from anxiety/being overloaded? For instance, what do you do when you're in a busy place or you're doing something (socialising for example) and they appear?

:)

For me, being being overloaded for a period of time leads to a migraine headache.

I treat migraines with:

- laying down in a quiet dark place.
- ice pack on the back of my neck / head.
- Two Tylenol One's and a Gravol (OTC in Canada / prescription req'd in USA).

Takes about 1.5-2 hrs before I feel somewhat human again.

Painkillers.

Or just sit and suffer through it.

I'm not really big on solutions for such things. Too far-gone fatalist for that. Tend to just put up with things until they become unbearable, securely convinced that there is no other option.

I have had plenty of experience when I have had to just put up with it. I don't want to do that anymore. It's going to be tough and challenging but it's worth trying.
