Has anyone ever had an interest in an extremely narrow topic and soon found you've read everything there is on the Internet (and/or Library)? What do you do to keep it alive?

Maybe correspond with somebody else with that same interest, or who created the interest.

Or: expand upon the interest making use things beyond the interest in order to augment the interest.

I just find a new interest, in my life I've already exhausted Roman history, different music instruments, and abnormal psychology. I just gain new ones whenever one starts to bore me.

Be bored I guess or try to move on to the next thing, most of the things I am interested in are constantly changing with new things to ponder and discuss.

Might be a bit difficult. The one I'm talking about is Common/Indian Myna birds (Acridotheres tristis) and everyone hates them (apart from a few people on YouTube who have them as pets and have taught them to talk). Everyone else thinks of them as flying rats. Most of the literature on the Internet is how to trap and euthanize them. :(

What I'd like to do is get myself a nestling or fledgeling and raise it myself. That's about all there is left to do but I will always love them.

Why not do that then?

Raise two of them- teach one to talk like Hillary, and the other like Chris Christy, ( or whomever the two candidates for president will be in the next election), give them funny lines to say, and then take your show on the road in 2016!

I'm Australian. I know who Hillary is but I've never heard of Chris Christy.

Chris Christie is the Governor of the State of New Jersey. He is known for being.....well.....a little on the HEFTY side.

Thanks kraftiekortie.

P.S.
Do you know if the Hell Gate Bridge was designed by the same person who designed the Sydney Harbour Bridge? (remember this conversation?!)

Yes, Sir, I do remember that conversation. about 4-5 months ago.

That would make sense---those two bridges look so much alike!
