It makes the computer screen have more of an orange tint, so it is easier to look at a white screen. I've already had it for a while, it is pretty nice. I figured I should share it now in case some people are really bothered by the white.

Or use Firefox as your browser and download Color Toggle or any of the many other webpage color-changing add-ons.

Are there things like that for Chrome too, do you know?

I'm not sure. I think Chrome has something called Themes instead of add-ons, so you could try to download a theme of your preferred colors.

It's cool, but I can't figure out how to download it from the link you provided.

Cool, this will also work for a lot of sites I go on...will have to figure out if it interferes too much with the online game I play and disable it to play that if it does but aside from that it's quite helpful.

Yes the light is bright and it is hurting my eyes. The same thing happened with Ansewrbag a couple of years ago.

What does it say on the page? When I click the link, there is a blue button on the page that says "Download f.lux". Then you just run the setup and it should be ready to go.

Or maybe just try clicking this (I'm assuming you have Windows): https://justgetflux.com/dlwin.html

Thank you for posting this

It does help some. But I don't want to look at everything on my computer in orange tint, or else have to change the settings every time I come to this site. I hope there is going to be some other option for changing the colors here.

No problem :D

Yeah, I pretty much like everything about the new site except the color. I don't understand how they decided on such a bright color scheme...

try the "Color This Site!" add-on for firefox

I was able to change mine to this after tinkering around for few mins

http://i62.tinypic.com/2h6yq07.jpg

you can save it to specific sites too so it doesn't effect other stuff
