I've often wondered if visual thinking is something common among autistic people.

I do tend to think in visuals and find it difficult sometimes to express myself in words.

I'm defiantly NOT a visual thinker. I was born with a rare low vision disorder & my brain has problems processing things I do see visually sometimes.

I'm not blind but I can be looking for something my eyes can see & I glance at it & my brain doesn't register it for abit.

I'm very much a visual spatial thinker. It does help me in my chosen career as an engineer. 8)
