So as of right now, I barely talk to anyone at all after school. I have a friend or two (not a expression, literally) and I have been thinking about talking to them more often because well, I need to start socializing and going places. But with that said, how often do you think I should go out or talk to a friend? Like once or twice a week? I mean I don't know if I could handle constant socializing but I need way more than I have now because I am terribly lonely.

Also I don't know how relevant it is to this but I do NOT have aspergers. I have Ocd, and social//general anxiety. I have quite a bit in common with Aspies though but I am more "socially in tune" than most Aspies but I definetly have below average social skills.

I'll say that feel free to talk to your friends when you feel absolutely comfortable and not just when someone makes you feel you have to join in so to speak..
