Cracked had a new article about Dyslexia and posted a link to Dyslexia dot com (I'm not allowed to post links but if you enter the library and the "test for adult symptoms" you'll see what I'm talking about)

I was diagnosed with high functioning autism four years ago as an adult. After reading through the Dyslexia checklist I was shocked to see that I share a lot of the symptoms of Dyslexia as well.

Do Autism and Dyslexia overlap? Is it possible to confuse one for the other or are they neurologically linked?

I used to think this too.

but after some research i know they are quite different but they share traits to each other.

I suspect I have a mild form of dyslexia as I often misread words and transpose numbers.

I don't have dyslexia but often get right/left confused because I can do things equally well with either hand.

I actually have a free dyslexic like symptoms. Mixing things up, like left and right and numbers is the main thing for me.
