Technically speaking, I probably could take care of my hair and shower is no problem but I would probably forget the brushing part. Anyway, I keep my hair very very short and minimal so that it's rather low maintenance and I don't need to feel the greasy hairs touching my skin.

I keep mine short almost 'buzzed" it makes washing quick, and styling unnecessary

I don't take good care of my hair either. I don't do a good job at brushing it.

I can take care of my hair fine. In terms of hygiene it's not a problem but I do wish I could manage it better. Though people seem to like my hair the way it is. BUT I did have to learn how to do things and take care of it. As a kid I did have a hard time brushing and washing it. I had a lot of it and it was thick with being prone to tangle. It took some time for me to figure out the best way - what brushes worked best and then the fact that my fingers got longer as I grew helped a lot.

I still have a lot of hair but the consistency has changed as I've gotten older so I had to adapt to that by adding some things to the routine. Overall it's not that difficult though
