So many things in this thread I identify with, so I'm not sure what to consider 'weird' lol.

Someone said something about folding strips of paper at 45 degree angles, I do that a lot. Few straw wrappers escape my folding wrath.

Castles (obviously). Be it watching a documentary on them, staring at images of them ( have a poster of Neuschwanstein in my room) or someone reading about the subject to me, it's extremely relaxing.

Playing harmonica while shopping.
Shopping can be a stressor for me.

Thunderstorms. I am sensitive to loud noises, but for some reason thunder doesn't scare me as much as a fire alarm or loud music.

Standing on top of stuff like fences, climbing things, and swimming to the bottom fast flowing rivers, grabbing onto large boulders and seeing how long I can hold on with the current tossing me around.

Watching the U.S. Congress protocol on the House floor. Cspan is amazing. If congress is not in session, watching Alien. It calms me down.

Other than things like rain, music, my cat's purring, riding in the car, etc. one "weird" thing that I find terribly soothing is popping bubble wrap.

I sometimes enjoy playing through single-player video games I've already played through a hundred times before. Same with re-watching movies I've seen hundreds of times before. It soothes me.

I like thunderstorms, but I get excited (not relaxed).

The weather channel, total silence, being alone in the woods, being in water, petting my dog and cats in bed, exercise. Also storms, fires outdoors, driving, hitting golf balls on a range.

This is going to sound absurd but, I enjoy listening to the sounds of wind chimes

Me too! I like it when there are lots of chimes clattering in the wind, to the point where it would probably get on someone else's nerves. I also have some in my bedroom where the ceiling fan makes them tinkle ever so gently once in awhile.

I love the sounds of Aeolian harps too...really wish I could have one in my yard. They are so expensive.
