I have a friend who is a East Asian living in United States, I currently only know them online, I have not met them in real life yet, and below is what I know about them:

That friend of mine doesn’t know when they are getting used by others, and they seem to be trusting to people; also, that friend have some impulsive behavior and can make reckless comments on things they hate without considering how others may think, which triggers others to bash them. Although they are usually a friendly person, but they don't know their comments on certain things they hate trample on others' nerves until it's too late.

As far as I know, that friend had a traumatic experience in the past, they lost their real life friends and many family members in a natural disaster, and they have got depression because of the loss of family members and friends.

That friend still tries to make friends online, and most of their current friends are people on the autistic spectrum or suspected to be one, and most of the current friends of that friend of mine are people of the opposite gender; also, that friend is nerdy, they like to play video games a lot.

Which one does my friend more likely to have? an undiagnosed autistic spectrum disorder or PTSD?

I may delete this thread after I get my answer.
