My anxiety will skyrocket if I'm thrown off an expected routine. I also don't have the best impulse control sometimes, but I've gotten better at "staying present". That's what your description reminded me of, because you notice your body's symptoms without reacting to them.
Ah I see. I wish I could say I didn't react, I wrote this earlier in the day and I only feel better because I did my routines. :/
