The difference between Emotional and Cognetive Empathy

We have greater Emotional Empathy... We just lack Cognitive Empathy. Cognitive Empathy allows people to manipulate and Emotional Empathy allows for people to feel compassion. Psychopaths are nothing like Aspies due to they have tons of Cognitive Empathy. Why don't we start stressing this?

We have been but the powers that be are for the most part not listining. There have been many threads on this forum, blogs, youtube videos stressing this point.

that's so true but the confusion lingers on, seems important?
eg: the empathy test has a question, do you follow fashion> yes is empathy and no is the opposite
here you go (throwing out empathy for the world and its people)
empathy 'is' appearance,
all's made up to profit the profitteers
