I Have posted on here about trying to find a gf and i've decided from next year 2017 is going to be a changed me. I'm going to be more confident when i'm out, more confident around my dad and hopefully in the next couple of years i will find a girlfriend. Hopefully in 10 years time i will be married and have kids. I can't do all of this with being on a computer screen all the time.

I think your goal is commendable.

But don't go to extremes. Sometimes, especially with Aspies, computer time is needed.
