Lying in a tent on a sunny summer day when it's not too hot and letting a breeze blow through the screen windows (something I did a lot when I was growing up).

Oh that's a good one! So relaxing that I'll usually just fall asleep!

Agreed. I'll add, waking early in the morning in a tent miles away from anyone with the birds chirping and the sun just rising. I once pitched my tent on the top of a sea cliff and watched the sunset over the water with my daughter and a hot cup of coffee - magical!

Walking in the woods or down by the river where there are no people. I think of the vastness and beauty of the world and ponder by own insignificance. Never fails to cheer me up.

Coffee, good music, hiking.
But nothing 100% relaxes me. My brain is hyper all the time. It's exhausting. It sounds funny but what I find most relaxing is what energizes me in a good way, when my huge quantity of energy is channeled instead of letting it accumulate and make me nervous.

Quick cure: Looking at something spinning or handling a soft squishy, hairy ball.

Other method: Doing woodwork.

Watching Denis Istomin videos. I love the sound of his voice. It's really nice.

I never really feel at ease. Even if I look relaxed to other people on the outside, i'm usually anxious and stress out and on the edge on the inside.

A shower can give me some temporary relief. Coffee can help too, as long as I don't overload her with sugar. But it still keeps me awake at night, just in a more relaxed state.

A bath and hot cocoa, maybe a book.

Plugging in my guitar and chugging loud Metal Riffs! \m/.

That, or a walk. That works too.

My girlfriend stroking my upper back. Works for me like deep pressure works for others :)
