Your results indicate that you may have ADD.

ADD Combined Type - Probable
ADD Inattentive Type - Not Probable
Cingulate System Hyperactivity - Not Probable
Limbic System Hyperactivity - Highly Probable
Basal Ganglia Hyperactivity - Probable
Temporal Lobe System - May be possible

This is not too surprising. As far as I know, limbic system hyperactivity and mood disorders, especially depression, are closely linked.

Actually, it is one of the ones that I have not tried. Sounds interesting though...
I take or have taken
St. John's Wort (though don't like it because of the sun sensitivty)
GABA (currently don't take it...I think it might have cause a weird reaction)
l-tryptophan..I take it before bed to help me sleep
l-tyrosine (currently taking)
l-theanine...was not listed but was reccomended to me by another aspie)
rhodiola rosea...also not mentioned but a goodie
flax oil
fish oil
hemp oil
ummmm....(drawing a blank)
samE...but have not taken long enought to notice the effects...
have taken gingko..but am not currently....
These are also things my folks both take
as they both have attention/memory/spectrumy type issues...

Go figure.
Sometimes, I feel like not bothering witha Dx as there seem to be so many different problems I have besides AS.
ADD fits as I have a history of starting things and never finishing them, and as a child I was very hard to contain as I ran around everywhere and wouldn't stay sat down.
