Not sure, sorry, but if it's got worse for no obvious reason, could there be a dietary element to it?
Have you been taking more coffee, or sweet food, or processed food, than you normally do?

I was having more and more panick attacks, and experimenting permanent severe anxiety.

The doctor prescribed me Xanax, it was making me sleeping 16 to 20 hours a day... so I stopped cause I have to work.
There are some pills with Gingsen, taurine, melon extracts, casein hydrolysat... I'm not sure it helps me...

I have read this, it helped me understanding how I come to such levels of anxiety:

My shrink made some kind of therapeutic hypnosis with me, it worked good.

I just read a study recommending magnesium for low level anxiety. Always worth giving it a go as you could just pick it up from the health food shop and it is meant to be very good for overall health ( sleep, nervous system, muscular function and to combat fatigue).

Thank you for posting, I will try magnesium. I have had deficiency of magnesium in the past and at the worst of my anxiety, I remember I was also having violent cramps and all muscles tensed for no apparent reason.

I hope you get quickly better Kitty.

Good idea. I'd post the study but it is in Swedish.

I was having strange leg cramps this week so bought some magnesium, it didn't improve my cramps so I thought I might be a bit anemic so tried adding some more iron and my cramps are gone now. For me my go to remedy if I am feeling low or tired is floradix, it is an easily absorbed liquid iron complex.

I'm autistic and chamomile tea has helped me relax. I also sometimes use valerian and kava kava for relaxation. I've also used magnesium supplements and small amounts of benadryl. In the evening I sometimes use tryptophan, which I buy in pound bags and put into size 00 capsules (much cheaper than buying filled capsules).

Food has something to do with anxiety?

If it's camomile tea it's worth a try.

I stopped drinking anything with caffeine because I think it was causing me low level anxiety. So Id say stay away from any tea that hss caffeine.

Some kinds of food might, I think. I'm more likely to get anxious if I've drunk coffee or been eating sugar.
Also if I haven't had enough sleep.
I take a herbal sleep supplement with valerian, hops and magnesium in, which seems helpful.

I been drinking 2 or 3 cups of coffee. I’m trying to eat less sugar. I have tea for stress & relaxation, I got soooooo relax, I was yawning & sleepy, it was time for bed anyway. I guess I need to drink it everyday for the tea to really work.
