Hey everyone on Tuesday 04/17/2018 i was officially diagnosis with autism and an intellectual disability.

My experience was that the phrase "knowledge is power" does hold true.

I'm a big believer that knowledge is power and would rather have the information that be left guessing, but, depending on how much you were expecting this, it can still be a lot to deal with. You're amongst friends here and many of us will have gone through similar things ourselves.
