If the Asperger's don't fatigue me, the Crohn's most certainly will. Oi.

At least I have a bit more energy now than I was before either diagnosis though.

Tiredness can come from many sources in autism.

There's the usual causes like stress, fatigue, weaker constitution, ailments, diseases, certain disorders that disrupts health or hormones, etc. It's basically your body and how it reacts and not really directly aspergers itself.
May or may not a reason why sleep and caffeine is ineffective.

Then there's autism-wise type of causes to quickly drain a person's energy before the day ends, and can be worsen by other factors mentioned above.

It could be a form of sensitivity through pain and/or any form of discomfort or causes distress, could be a form of compensation that requires will or mental power, or something to do with executive dysfunctions namely regulation and difficulties that may cause self negligence.

Depression comorbid with autism

Some autistics eat unhealthful diets (some NT do too)

Sensory overload, like loud noise

Social rejection

I am tired all the time

Well, there been music playing by one of my neighbors, they have the volume up very loud. My upstairs neighbors are very loud too, I heard them in my bedroom too, once I screamed, I couldn’t take it no more. I REALLY HATE my apartment.

I'm tired all the time but I can't blame it on autism for sure.
Could be the chronic pain or depression or anxiety or something else I don't even know.

If I wear earplugs outside, paranoid I won't hear something I should have heard

For example, car

Earplugs cause full feeling

Everything I do is wrong

Same here. Caffeine can invoke a seizure.

Use earplugs when your neighbours are noisy...
Take them out when you are going outside...

For me, it affects the entire emotional spectrum...
And disconnects my ability to think before I say something/k...
I take caffeine when I need physical energy...

You could be depressed? That was my main symptom. That and pretty regular meltdowns and being more irritable. But I was ALWAYS tired, even when I just woke up after sleeping 10 hours.

Not saying you are, but it could be worth investigating if you aren't super in touch with your emotions.

I am little depressed because of my apartment, I REALLY HATE my apartment, ALOT of bad things can happen, TOOOO Much sun can hurt my stomach, makes me hot & can put me in a bad mood. I know my apartment is giving more anxiety, my front porch is too small, I have two steps that can be hard for me to lift up my legs, I almost fell off my porch a few times. There are toooo much noise, there noise from upstairs neighbors, noise from my other neighbors around me. There a window in my bathtub that let in too much sun that can be pretty bad for me. I want to move, I don’t know if apartment owners will rent to disabled people. I don’t know if I can find a Much BETTER place to live, everything is so expensive here, rent can go up.
