I been getting more anxiety, I get anxiety when I go to the bathroom. Making my bed (changing my sheets) give me anxiety too. I think it because it been warm.

Yes, the warmer nights probably means you have not been sleeping as well and that has resulted in an increase in anxiety. At least that was what seemed to happen to me. My sleeping became quite disrupted but glad to say have done better the past two nights. With much better days too. :D

I been sleeping through the night, but when I wake up, I can yawn soooo much.

Kitty, are you getting any exercise? That can help a lot with anxiety. A walk is a good way to get some, but if you don't care to go out, turn on some music and dance.
