I have recently started drinking Yerba Mate, got a job as a security guard in a factory, sometimes even 24 hours a day, usually 12 hours at night, and I need to have a conscious, sharp mind, and as we know with our autism, it is sometimes problematic :-)

Someone told Yerbe that this is better than coffee and tea and you know what, it's really true :-)

I don't like the taste of either the toasted or untoasted at all. I've tried to like it and I've had quite a bit of it in the past.

I like it. I drank it most mornings out of a mate gourd with a bombilla straw for a few years. I like thw ritual and prefer the taste.

I started drinking it a few months ago. I have migraines and read it could be helpful. It has. I also read it can be too much of a good thing, so only drink it when I have a headache. I've had about seven cups in three months. My tea bags were given to me by a friend and I am down to two, so now I have to figure out where to get more.
